Grounded in the belief that great work brings greater benefits to the community, Fortis Mumbai - consisting of four hospitals in Mulund, Vashi, Kalyan, and Mahim - initiated the #AllisWellMumbai social media campaign last year to help the city emerge from the COVID-19 gloom. The campaign clinched bronze at the recent Economic Times Digiplus Awards 2023 (regional category) with a reach of over 8 million people.
The campaign leveraged the hospital’s social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, as well as other channels such as emailers and WhatsApp, to assure patients that it was safe to visit our Fortis Hospitals even when COVID-19 was at its peak. It successfully drove home the message that patients must not neglect their illness due to the pandemic and should continue to consult with their doctors while monitoring their health in a safe environment.
Aligned with IHH’s Care. For Good. aspiration, Fortis Mumbai believe in supporting its patients within and beyond the hospital. The hospitals’ caregivers understood the panic COVID-19 created in its wake and remained available for patients, physically as well as via teleconsults.
