At IHH, we want to recruit the best clinical and non-clinical staff – and retain them. We take a structured approach to career progression which includes training, supporting ongoing learning, nurturing leadership and – most importantly – empowering employees to shape their future careers and specialisms.

For example, the IHH Learning Academy is an online learning platform benefiting thousands of employees across the group with structured activities and the chance to acquire new skills and best practice through its content and via the shared experiences of fellow employees.

In 2023 and 2024, we designed and introduced the IHH Global Leadership of Business Enterprise (i.GLOBE) and i.ELEVATE programmes, giving rising leaders across our global network the opportunity to develop their approach focusing on patient centricity, business growth and building ecosystem partnerships.
