Transformation was the heartbeat of the day at Parkway Laboratories' 2025 staff town hall on 11 April 2025.
Close to 100 Parkway Laboratories staff came together - in person and virtually - for a dynamic session led by newly appointed CEO Faye Ting. With a sharpened focus on clinical outcomes, patient experience, and operational excellence, Faye called on the team to innovate continuously and simplify relentlessly, in line with IHH Healthcare's ACE framework: Align to Grow, Challenge to Transform, Empower to Excel.
The foundation for transformative change is already in place. TeLIS, the laboratory information system, is now fully live, actively supporting internal healthcare professionals in laboratory operations and clinical care. More enhancements are on the horizon, including finance modules, digital pathology, and integration with Singapore's National Electronic Health Record.
Complementing this is Plexus Hub, Parkway Laboratories' all-in-one digital platform designed with healthcare professionals in mind. These innovations are more than just upgrades - they are accelerators of progress.
During the town hall, the team took the opportunity to celebrate key achievements: reaccreditation by the College of American Pathologists (CAP), Service Excellence Awards, 39 Long Service recipients, and the energy of the Great At Work Festival. Meanwhile, the newly renamed Parkway Laboratories Care Team is championing a people-first culture, fostering a supportive and collaborative workplace through vibrant events and meaningful initiatives including the recent Buka Puasa Party.
With fresh leadership and a bold vision, the Parkway Laboratories team is ready to rise to the challenge and transform healthcare from the inside out.
