Our hiring process is set out in a way that enables us to get to know one another. There are no big surprises in store. Some of the details may vary depending on the role and its location but our Talent Acquisition team always seeks the right person for the job. That person will have the opportunity to grow, thrive and progress their career with IHH Healthcare.

 

1) Searching for Jobs at IHH

Whatever your professional background is, you can search for new opportunities, develop and grow your career in 10 countries where IHH operates.

Before you apply, it’s worth getting up to speed on our companyour healthcare brands and latest news so that you understand what it’s like working for IHH.

2) Applying for an IHH role

When you’ve found a role that interests you, we’ll ask you to provide your resume and a cover letter. Depending on the position, you may need to complete a brief questionnaire.

3) Telephone Screening

Our Talent Acquisition team will carefully review your application. If we decide to proceed, you’ll be contacted about telephone screening.

During the call, you’ll learn more about IHH and the role applied for including its responsibilities and reporting structure. You’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

4) Interviews

The hiring manager for the role will review applicants based on how well their training, skills, experience and aptitudes suit the job specification. Candidates will be contacted for physical or online interviews. If you’ve been chosen, you will receive an email with details on scheduling the interview along with an application form to submit before it takes place.

5) Job Offers

The selection process usually takes two to four weeks, and the hiring team will keep you posted on the status of your application. If you don’t receive a reply within that timeframe, chances are you haven’t been shortlisted for that particular position; however, we will keep your profile for future consideration.

If you are selected for the position, our Talent Acquisition team will contact you for a discussion about the job offer, its terms and conditions, renumeration and employment benefits. When agreement has been reached on the above, you’ll receive a formal letter offering you the job.
