Linda Leong is the Chief Executive Officer of Pantai Hospital Cheras.

She has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, having served in various leadership roles. Prior to her current position, Linda was the Chief Operating Officer of Pantai Hospital Klang and Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur. In these roles, she streamlined work processes and operational flows, and played a key role in the hospital expansion projects over the past the four years.

At Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur, Linda was instrumental in implementing a new hospital information system in 2021 and upgrading medical technology in the radiology, oncology, robotics surgery, and neurosurgery departments. She also spearheaded the establishment of a one-stop Heart Specialist Clinic and a new Cardiac Diagnostic Unit, as well as doubled the interventional cardiology facility by adding a new Cath lab.

Linda's career began at IHH Healthcare Malaysia in 2006 as the Manager of the Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur Laboratory. She was promoted to Senior Manager of Risk & Quality in 2012 and later served as Senior Manager of Medical Affairs and Quality at IHH Healthcare Malaysia’s corporate office. Under this corporate role, she guided the IHH MY hospitals in the quality improvement, patient safety and accreditation activities. Linda also extended her service to Global Hospital in Hyderabad for their successful JCI accreditation.

In 2018, she became the Senior Operations Manager of Pantai Hospital Cheras, and within the same year she was tasked to become the Administrator of Operations in Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur.

In 2020, Linda was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur, demonstrating exceptional leadership and management skills. She moved to Pantai Hospital Klang as Chief Operating Officer in March 2024 and was quickly promoted to Chief Executive Officer. Linda's career journey highlights her dedication to excellence and her ability to lead in diverse healthcare settings.
