Dr Shuba Srinivasan is the Chief Executive Officer of Prince Court Medical Centre. Under her leadership, Prince Court Medical Centre has expanded its global footprint and spearheaded transformative initiatives that enhance patient experience, clinical innovation and sustainable healthcare delivery.

Prince Court Medical Centre was recognised as Medical Tourism Hospital of the Year at the Healthcare Asia Awards 2024 and listed among Asia’s Top Private Hospitals 2025 by Newsweek, reinforcing its reputation as a global healthcare leader. Dr Shuba further strengthened Prince Court Medical Centre’s position as a preferred destination for international patients by expanding medical tourism outreach to countries such as Oman and Timor-Leste.

During her tenure, Prince Court Medical Centre achieved global oncology accreditation, securing ACHS (Australian Council on Healthcare Standards International) accreditation for the Oncology Centre of Excellence and reaffirming the hospital’s commitment to internationally recognised standards in cancer care.

Under Dr Shuba’s leadership, Prince Court Medical Centre also saw the successful introduction of Malaysia’s first Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty (ESG) procedure, positioning the hospital as a pioneer in minimally invasive weight-loss solutions.

Additionally, the hospital launched Malaysia’s first Electric Motorcycle Ambulance First Responder Service in collaboration with First Ambulance, establishing a faster, more efficient model for urban emergency care.

Dr Shuba further led efforts to integrate solar panel installations as part of Prince Court’s sustainability strategy, demonstrating its commitment to energy efficiency and environmentally responsible healthcare.

Dr Shuba has over 28 years of experience in the healthcare sector. She first joined IHH Healthcare Malaysia as a Senior Medical Officer at Pantai Hospital Ipoh. She was then appointed Head of Clinical Services and later Senior Operations Manager at the hospital. In 2018, she became Head of Medical Affairs and Quality at IHH Healthcare Malaysia. In 2020, she was promoted to Vice-President of Medical and Quality where she provided leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic and initiated the country level Clinical Governance Advisory Committee to elevate the organisation’s quality of care.

Prior to joining IHH Healthcare Malaysia, Dr Shuba was a medical officer with the Ministry of Health Malaysia.
