Hareeff Muhammed is the Head of Ambulatory, Allied Health & Ancillary Services at IHH Healthcare Malaysia, and Chief Executive Officer of Premier Integrated Labs Sdn Bhd at IHH Healthcare.
With nearly 40 years’ experience in healthcare, Hareeff provides strategic direction for the corporate development of all entities under his purview including Pantai Integrated Rehab Sdn Bhd and Twin Towers Medical Centre Sdn Bhd.
Hareeff managed the establishment of 33 diagnostics laboratories in Malaysia with accreditations from the International Organization for Standardization (15189), College of American Pathologists, Malaysian Society for Quality in Health and Joint Commission International.
He also set up 16 Rehabilitation centres and four Primary Care and Occupational Health clinics. He launched mobile clinics for Primary care and health screening services, and champions Anti-Microbial Stewardship initiatives across IHH Healthcare Malaysia.
He was awarded the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Personality Award (Industry) by the Faculty of Health Sciences in 2021 and appointed Adjunct Professor in 2023. In this capacity, Hareeff contributes to the development of the undergraduate curriculum for Biomedical Sciences and acts as advisor to the Center for Healthy Ageing & Wellness (H-CARE). As Adjunct Professor, he contributes to national healthcare capacity building, clinical quality sustainability, and strengthens ties with public institutions.
Hareeff further advocates for Allied Health Professionals with his appointment to the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC) in July 2023 by the Minister of Health Malaysia under the Allied Health Profession Act 774.
