Erica Lam is the Regional Chief Executive Officer (Central) of IHH Healthcare Malaysia. She oversees the strategic and operational management of IHH Healthcare Malaysia hospitals in the central region, including ensuring high standards of patient care, driving sustainable business growth, and strengthening management practices across the hospitals under her oversight.

She currently also serves as Acting Chief Executive Officer of Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur.

Prior to her regional role, Erica was the Chief Executive Officer of Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur, a flagship hospital within IHH Healthcare Malaysia. She was responsible for the hospital’s overall leadership and administration, with an emphasis on enhancing patient services, improving operational efficiency, and upholding the hospital’s standing as a leading healthcare provider.

Beyond her hospital leadership responsibilities, Erica plays active roles in Malaysia’s broader healthcare ecosystem. She is the Honorary Secretary of the Association of Private Hospitals of Malaysia (APHM) and has been elected Honorary Treasurer of APHM for the 2025–2026 term. She has also been elected President of the Malaysian Society for Quality in Health (MSQH) for 2025–2026.

Erica regularly engages with government ministries, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders to represent and advocate for private healthcare. She is a passionate advocate for the well-being of both patients and healthcare professionals.

Erica is a Fellow Member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
