Dr. Shuba Srinivasan is the Chief Executive Officer of Prince Court Medical Centre. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the hospital which includes ensuring that the hospital meets high standards of patient care and safety, and promoting the adoption of new technologies and innovative practices to enhance patient care

Dr. Shuba has over 28 years of experience in the healthcare sector. She first joined IHH Healthcare Malaysia as a Senior Medical Officer at Pantai Hospital Ipoh. She was then appointed Head of Clinical Services and later Senior Operations Manager at the hospital.

In 2018, she became Head of Medical Affairs and Quality at IHH Healthcare Malaysia. In 2020, she was promoted to Vice-President of Medical and Quality, a position she continues to hold.

As Vice-President of Medical and Quality, Dr. Shuba spearheaded three IHH Quality Summits, and provided leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic with workflows and clinical work groups which helped IHH Healthcare Malaysia combat the pandemic.

Dr Shuba also initiated the country level Clinical Governance Advisory Committee to elevate the organisation’s quality of care.

Prior to joining IHH Healthcare Malaysia, Dr. Shuba was a medical officer with the Ministry of Health Malaysia.
